A challenging function in a challenging industry

The 3D printing industry is young, dynamic and growing very fast. Innofil3D has been part of this industry since 2012. Our organisation develops, produces and sells globally 3D printing filaments for Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF) applications. We need you to help us to expand our global distribution network sales further and take care of our channel partners. You will be part of our sales and marketing team in Emmen, The Netherlands.

Profile of the candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant working experience
  • The ability to build solid relationships, establish credibility and gain confidence both in-person and on the phone
  • Working experience with supporting, initiating, and growing sales channels
  • Excellent communication, presentation and listening skills
  • Dynamic and ambitious
  • Self-motivated, personable and charismatic personality who can work the floor of a trade show, approach new contacts, make connections with ease and secure new prospects
  • Comfortable with working independently, managing ambiguity, and able to work cross functionally
  • Travel to channel partners, customers and events as required
  • Experience with 3D filament market is a plus
  • Able to speak and write in English (C1 level Common European Framework of Reference for Languages), German and French speaking is a plus
  • Knowledge about plastics and polymers is a plus

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Achieve the agreed channel sales targets
  • Be a key contributor to help define and scale the optimal channel partner program in EMEA
  • Provide overall relationship management and act as the central point of contact for channel distributors and resellers
  • Drive marketing initiatives, go-to-market programs and demand generating activities that will result in additional sales
  • Provide timely and on-going deal support to help close new opportunities at identified channel partners
  • Assist partners in broadening their product expertise and sales opportunities, striving for growth from all associated selling resources
  • Develop and implement a territory plan that is consistent with company growth strategy
  • Manage sales opportunities with all designated partners, providing accurate and updated sales funnel
  • Coordinate and conduct training for partners

Salary and working conditions

  • Full time function
  • Travelling involved: appr. 50%
  • Base salary depending on experience and track record plus bonus
  • Bonus related to sales targets
