The 3D printing industry is young, dynamic and growing very fast. Innofil3D has been part of this industry from the very beginning. Our organisation develops, produces and sells 3D printing filaments. The world is our playing field and we need you to develop sales and realise our growth strategy.

Profile of the candidate

  • Dynamic, independent and ambitious person
  • Selfstarter, motivated by achieving sales targets
  • Result orientated
  • Multicultural skills
  • Able to speak and write in English is a must (C1 level Common European Framework of Reference for Languages), speak and write in French and/or Spanish is a plus
  • Experience in direct sales and (cold) customer acquisition
  • Willing and able to travel frequently (up to 80%)
  • Preferably knowledge of the 3D FDM printing market

Goal of the function

Increase of sales by acquisition of new customers

  • Acquisition of new customers, initial focus on W. Europe and N. America
  • Set up sales planning including sales cost budget, based on sales targets
  • Market-, product- and customer intelligence and analysis
  • Initiate and co-create sales campaigns

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Set up anual sales plan and keep this updated
  • Grow potential customer lists by telephone calls/internet research
  • Update potential customer lists
  • Prepare visits to select potential customers
  • Efficient and effecitive planning and organization of customer visits
  • Visit customers
  • Issue visit reports after visits
  • Follow-up visits
  • Recognize the need for new products and quantify volumes
  • Accountmanagement: maintain customer contact and achieve customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to sales and marketing campaigns and – events
  • Define sales support materials and information

Salary and working conditions

  • Full time function
  • Frequent travelling involved
  • Work (partially) from home office is an option
  • Base salary depending on sales experience and track record
  • Bonus based on sales target fulfillment
  • You will work in a team and will have close contact with the International Key Accountmanager, Logistics Manager and CEO
