Innoflex: flexible, rubberlike elastomer material with different levels of stiffness. A material with a reduced carbon footprint and improved elastic performance. Shore hardness 60D (stiffest Innoflex available), made from Ecovio®. This a partly bio-based Thermoplastic Copolyester Elastomer (TPC ) plastic, which is derived from rapeseed oil and combines the best properties of elastomers (rubbers) and polyesters. This material is proven to have a carbon footprint up to 50% lower than comparable co-polyesters.

The material delivers excellent adhesion in the Z-direction, meaning that the printed layers don’t detach – even with extreme deformation.

Especially suitable for printing flexible parts like miniature tires, drive belts, bracelets and parts that have to be extremely flexible and have to be bent often.

Tips & tricks


We do recommend the following settings with our Innoflex 60;

  • print temperature between 210-230 °C
  • speed between 30-50mms
  • heated bed between 0-60°C + tape
  • using a brim is advisable

Importing the Innofil3D material profiles into the Cura Material Manager will make our materials available to select in Cura directly. This makes it easy to start printing with our materials on Ultimaker printers and will make sure you are using the right settings for your print.

To import the material profile in the Cura interface go to
Settings > Materials > Manage Materials… Next, Press the Import button and select the downloaded profile you want to import.

Please note, We see this profile as a general purpose profile.
